Can we have dancing reapers? ...j/k
Well, I dunno, you got the technical stuff, but how about what you want it to look like HWW? What kind of theme?

Well, not like the elder scrolls or pds forums for starters. A good, consistent style is essential - obviously it'd probably have a morrowind theme, as that seems to be what most people are interested in....
I'd like you (Bravo1) and Cali to provide some pics or artwork if possible (and I may do some myself) so there's something representative of the admin.
Also, a full tutorial of how to change everything would be extremely useful as SirLuthor and the three of us could all contribute (and anyone else of course!).

Hmmm...you want me to draw something...? Alright, but I'm a perfectionist...and have not drawn seriously in a while... Yeah I'll do something...and then Cali will probably come in with a life-size poster of the dancing reaper...(have you seen it yet HWW?) AND DON'T FORGET MEBYON! Got any ideas?

To be honest if it was down to me it would be dragons all the way ;D
EDIT: although the text is slightly better i still find the second one hard to look at, my eyes are not good and i find that too bright. The esforum is the same for me, i can't look at it for too long. So whatever we decide i want something muted.
On the other hand if i can't look at it i may finally shut up ;D

Like the idea of muted colours Cali. Too many garish sites out there and MW tends to brown anyway!
Otherwise no input from me, sorry!
Mind you, get it wrong and I'LL BE BACK! ;D

No problem what-so-ever. There may be a few mistakes made, as a result of the fact that I'm bad at explaining things, but it shouldn't be a problem. This too is also no problem. I'll set up a "test subject" forum soon.. Just wanted to make sure everyone was open to the idea first The speed should be fine, as the total image size (for all the images combined) will probably come to less then 50 KB. And no, no info at all will be lost. Can be done, but I'd like to hold this off until the designing stage is done, and then I shall explain how it all works, and you can "install" it on these forums [Not Quite Edit] OK, the new "test" board is set up at sltest01.proboards24.com.. It's entirely an accident that it got named Darnetha TC, please just ignore that. Anyway, there you can see anything that gets done, and please comment on what you like and don't like. I'll try and get some graphics for it tomorrow. Until then, aur-revoir (sp?)

It's an airship...you know, I do have self control when it comes to Morrowind... ...what do you think I am, some hormonally impaired, underaged...star wars nut? ;D I'll take some as soon as I finish my paper which I am supposed to be doing instead of this... ...oops

Drat, I just remembered that photobucket has a picture size limit...I'll have to post scaled versions, but if they are accepted, I can zip 'em and send 'em off...HWW, Meb...any opinions? anyone?

Right! Critique time! SirL: I suspect that the 'test site' is not what you had in mind for the 'makeover'. It's almost exactly the same as here! And ..... Black. Black? Black! That's the only thing I've beefed about on this site! (And then only because a smiley holding a not very witty sign didn't appear!) On that basis I'll hold off the critique until you show us what you had in mind! Bravo: Nice airship, goooood airship but does it say Perceptual Motion I ask? Can we animate it? Actually, as a total aside. I don't understand the site name anyway! Sounds more like an animated fractal site to me! Hey! I'm a member of the Fractint List. Anybody want to see some fractals in sort of Morrowind colours? No? OK, just a thought! ;D I really hate to say this you know but do we need a complete makeover? Give me a brown Morrowind background and I promise not to be so negative again!

Well that was decisive of you for a change ;D Only HWW knows why he chose that name, his websites the same as well. Why do any of us pick the names we do. Mine was a dragon sculpture, bravo's is fairly obvious but your's baffles me

Bravo's is not as abvious as you would think...my first ever flight sim game was Battle for Naboo...there, you flew with Bravo Squadron and eventually worked your way up to flight leader which is desingated as Bravo 1. That game helped me discover my joy of flying...and merged it with Star Wars! (I'll start a new thread for this...it is a good idea!) Meb: No the airship is not animated...because, well, it would be hell, because it has and inside and you can't script the door markers...and:P...yeah, I talked to some scripters about it... Making it say perceptual motion on the side would not be bad...and if cali could somehow make it move...or look like it's moving with her program...then it would be cool...or make it stationary and say all motion if would make is perceived!

Oh Arrr! Tiz Cornish m'dear! Actually part of the name of a political party a bit like the Basque Separatists, you know 'Home Rule for Cornwall' sort of nonsense!
Mebyon Kerno The Sons of Cornwall.
That makes Mebyon mean something like Sonny! Just liked the sound of it!
The Kerno bit you will, of course, recognise!
I wondered about Calislahn. Actually I've had to write it about twenty times in the last day or so and you have been Calishlaan, Calisanh and all other combinations. It's that rogue 'h' that throws me!
