Didn't Kilgore's home furnishings hav a serving wench NPC who carried a tray? Would that model or animation (or whatever the proper graphic-artsy-techie term is) do as a base reference for the butler-holding-a-tray?

I did think of that myself, perhaps we could put other servant's around serving drinks and stuff ;D

That one was a static, she just stood there like a statue, not even sure if she blinked heh. I think some sort of sleeves/pauldrons and gloves that are actually a deformed arm attached to a tray might work, but that will require some max work. Of course since we don't really need the arms to move, there shouldn't be any physique required, maybe just chopping off that waitresses arms and try and making a shirt that combines (in the MW edtior) a regular chest piece of a shirt and then those arms. That should work, however I think in telling this I am indirectly volunteering myself to do it lol.

These things really aren't that necessary are they. We seem to keep making more work all the time. I keep being accused of being a workaholic and i don't think i've got half as much to do as you ;D

Couldn't someone just make a tray mesh that was positioned to be held like a torch?

Hmm, I suppose so. Is it just a matter of importing it into max and messing with the pivot? I think the equipable umbrellas work like that too, well they are shields technically, so maybe do something like Callie did with the scythe? Hmm, I can play around with it and see.
