Sounds good there, SKydiver. I had previously sent some test voices to skydye, but it you'd like me to send them to you since you are now the new voice guy so it seems, please either post or pm me your email address, and ill send them out to you ASAP.

Sure thing! try sending them to skydiver8888@yahoo.com If that doesn't work (If they are too big), let me know. And I'm a girl, BTW...no worries! As for pronunciation, I wouldn't worry so much if you have an accent, IMHO it adds a little flavor to the game. Nothing says that all characters in Morrowind must speak with an American accent! Sky

Okay, tomorrowind (ehe-ehe-ehe ;D) I'll borrow the digicam so I can shoot a clip of my cat meowing. Lots of clips, I don't think one will do. And especially because my cat will surely sniff the camera before doing anything, but should I record the purring too?

Okay, first news about the recording:
It's far more difficult than I though. One "clip" takes about 13-17 seconds and my cat meows only once and that takes only 1 second so the clips include over 83% crap and the rest is "action". Purring doesn't sound very good but at least... well, if someone could just clip the trash away so only the action will remain, then it would be good. Purring needs some clipping too, and for making purring to stay longer, just play that "remaining" over and over again or something ;D
And for the results, I'll try to send the clips to I-don't-remember-her-/-his-name...

Oh yeah, and can you rip the voice from the movies too? You know, because that stupid digicam can't record voice without recording the movie at the same time

Okay, I think they should be there now (or yesterday I at least sent them...)
But those three clips... well, they suck. In the first one you hardly can hear that "meow" when my cat comes to the sofa. And those two others... well, you can't hear anything. Now I have a few new clips but I send them in different e-mail...

Well - those are true "Scotts-Aussie" accents, Severian. Although I live in Switzerland and am now Swiss, I grew up in South Africa, my paternal side being Scottish - so there are similarities in our accents! (except mine in now "masked" by Swiss-German).
