Workbench: If by false hope you mean greed...? Only the ingredients and the bottles are "pick-up"able, the apparatuses has the NoPickup script attached so anyone trying to steal them will get disappointed ...heh, that's even better; no I meant that your "potion" in the works might give n00bs some false hope of flying around instead of having to wander this maze of a keep...or that's what I hear it's like!

Um, I have already checked and there isn't alphachannels on that skirt. I wanted to make the edge around a bit more even, but with those boots the skirt can't really be much longer before the outfit looks odd, so I think I'll just leave it as it is. And besides, long skirts can be so bothersome if you have to wear them all day. ;D Yes, that is the hair mesh I was talking about. It is originally a blonde hair, but I retextured it to be closer to my RL (dyed ) haircolour. It is a quite intense red colour (the picture doesn't show it at it's best ;D ) I have plans to make playing cards that look handpainted, but first I have to decide what kind of suits/colours I will use. I feel that it will be wrong to use the hearts/clubs/diamonds/spades, so I am looking to find some old cards to see what they used earlier. KAISER_SOZE works for Silgrad Tower, and as far as I know he don't do textures...

...typing class is so dull!
...anyway, why not make Tarot cards? ...maybe even get away just doing the Major arcana? ...or just use the minor as "inspiration" for a deck of normal playing cards!

I already made some. A double sided card and double sided deck meshes. Vorwoda even made a script for it that does readings. I've only gotten about half or a little less of the cards done, mainly it's just a matter of resizing and adding borders, positioning and apply an unsharp mask and turning the saturation down on some existing images, it's just tedious when you have 78 or so cards to do so I have been procrastinating finishing it heh.

Oh, I see...it actually does readings? ;D ...I have a couple decks myself (just don't ask ok...I was a very odd kid for 4-6 grade); ...ok, then that idea's out...

Once I finish the cards and hook up the script to an npc yes it's supposed to do one card readings.

It's too hard to script anymore than a simple one card reading. If you have a one card reading, there's 78 possibilities at one card each, now think about 6 or 8 cards out of 78 and how many possibilities there would be, there would literally be thousands it would take forever to write all the possible readings for all the combinations and the script would be huge.

Yeah, I know, I was not criticising! ...hmm, fortune cookies though, I think I'll keep that idea in the back of my head for a bit! ...hmm, there's this great Romanian card game I have no idea how to play but my grandparents LOVE it; it's called "Canasta" and has AWESOME looking cards (if only I had a deck on me! ...hmm, my dad may have one) ...they had bells and flowers and things instead of spades and such; if I find one, I'll scan it! (don't do a google, the stuff there is cr@p!)

(don't do a google, the stuff there is cr@p!) Just as an info, Bravo1: The cards you describe is the "german" or "eastern" variant of the normal set of playing cards ("french" or "western"). Canasta can be played with both variants of card sets as far as I know... Colours of the "german" deck used in Switzerland: Bells, Flowers, Shields and Acorns. There are variants to these colours in Germany and elsewhere though... Have a closer look at: www.gamesmuseum.uwaterloo.ca//vexhibit/plcards/decks/suited/europe/swiss.html
