No no no. We won't touch the mesh at all. The only thing we were thinking about was spikes on the tail, I'm thinking maybe I could rig some sort of wearable version of that though or an alternate tail. The tails already clip through everything anyhow heh. but the rest of the body will be the same just with a much nicer texture. I think I will make a bunch of new custom races and recolor the bodies to match all 20 or so heads and scatter them randomly around Morrowind to add more color to the Argonian npcs.

I was hesitant to ask...but yes that would be really nice! So Better Heads will revert to human-like races...and the beast races will have a separate expansion with lots of heas and new bodies (argonians)..?
Sounds great, I would even volunteer for help in checking out every head or whatever (no texturing right now though...kinda busy)

Bravo: It will be a separate mod but with work just fine with (or without) BH Cali: Don't feel bad, I tried and couldn't do it either. That's why I begged Silaria so much lol.

Well it looks a hell of a lot better than the Bethesda textures I'll say that much.

I'll agree...though I wonder why she got rid of all the green ones; ah well, still, it looks much better, much much better... Though I'm not sure about the pinkish one... ...still, they look more...hmm, lizard like? So M, any more news on spikes?

No it's just an idea, I don't know if and when I'll get around to it or maybe Silaria will. I have so many projects as it is I feel rather overwhelmed.

Alright, well, I'm getting to work on the Argonian Update tonight (I suppose this is an unofficial announcement?); but anyway, I had a little challenge for you all:
If either of you could tell me the exact number of Argonians in the Tribunal Expansion and in the Bloodmoon Expansion, that would be great...all I currently have are educated estimates, but there can be people lurking around places in the world; please mention the numbers and the names (of course, if nobody does this I will...but it would be nice to have something to compare results to...and if two people do it I won't because I will have the data...
This is NOT a request of you busy, busy people, but one for those with nothing better to do (*cough*lurkers*cough*)...so if anyone feels up to it, either PM me or post here...
Or a link/reference to a utility which could do this would be quite nice as I could also use it in the future...

Actually I should be able to do it separately though the Enchanted Editor, MWEdit or Tesame, let me see what I can come up with. I'll post in a minute. I don't think it's very many or worth worrying about IMO.

Okay there are only 2 in Tribunal, the one who teleports you back to Vvardenfell and the pawnbroker guy who gives you those special deals.
There are about 21 in Bloodmoon but almost all of those are werewolves which are very very rarely generated and even then only in Argonian form during the day. The only really visible one is the shipmaster guy who always says "All I ask for is a pair of boots. How hard can it be?"
