I once made that herbal tea concoction Raistlin used to drink a lot in the books...
..it was DISGUSTING! No wonder it made him look so sour! He was my favourite character in the books - he had so many hidden depths just waiting to be explored - plus I've always tended to prefer the evil characters! As the TSR artists have often said, the evil characters are the most fun to portray - they are so colourful. Maybe that's why Basil the vampire is my favourite in Morrowind - he's just so nasty!

It's awful to think that no matter what he does, you forgive him. I'm just as bad as Caramon in that respect. I was almost rooting for Chrysania to save his soul, i do believe he had feelings for her but the magic always came first. Ah happy days i've read chronicles and legends about six times each and each time it just gets better. Read The Hobbit eight and LOTR seven times. I've even read the Silmarillion twice, now that's devotion ;D The dragonlance books written by people other then Weis and Hickman just aren't the same. They really knew the characters. Little things irritate me sometimes in the others like getting somebodys eye colour wrong, if they bothered to check the original version they would know these things. I can be a bit anal about stuff like that sometimes. Well i'm off again, this was just a brief pitstop for a cup of tea
