Not a clue Bravo 1! Hopper, it looks like you'll have to make sure your laptop is stand-alone at work. At least the virus you get will be all your own! Luckly my laptop isn't on the net so I don't have to worry about virus on it. But I did go ahead and get me a firewall for my pc at home. Better safe than sorry, especially since I'm upgrading to xp pro this week and it seems that all the new ones are targeting it.

Hmm. That maybe why I've been so lucky? I'm sticking with Win 98 SE. I suspect that the virus checker has the signatures of all the old viruses that were designed to attack that OS and the new ones don't find my old OS tasty.
Wow! I've just noticed! I've been awarded another star! From memory I'll have to post just another 19,950 to get the full set!

Have you tried extending the length of the sound to include some blank space? Simple but it might work... don't know of any other way off the top of my head... also you could try reducing the sound quality as much as possible. Perhaps try an mp3 version in Riff wav format (er.. think that's what it's called. I know you can just change the mp3 extension to wav on certain files and CDex has an option for riff-wav too). Mebyon, get better soon and yeah, stay off those ciggies I suppose. I smoke and I occasionally think about giving up. Then again, I'm not a heavy smoker, 5-10 daily usually. Still, sooner I give up the better in the long run. Why are the things I enjoy like beer and cigs bad for you. It's just not fair.

;D Heheheheheheh.... I edited the restricted words but I left in anything I thought might be racist / derogatory. Take a look!
Chocolate, a girl's best friend (after diamonds, but you can't eat diamonds, so chocolate seems a much better bet to me. Cheaper too.)

We all do it Cali. I've caught myself using p*ssed off and b*gg*red. It's really strange, I suspect that we are a little shy of each other and don't want to offend anybody.
And that's all to the good. Look at some of the postings on the other forums!
I really like it here. It's small enough so that you have a chance to get a feel for the other members and yet it's big enough so you know that, if you have a real problem, you can at least be pointed in the right direction for help.

We're not a bad bunch! ;D I just let people do what they want, but if any trouble makers arrive on the scene I will do my best to keep this a nice friendly place to be.
