What's really odd is that these people get paid by their Departments!

Of course animals have feelings. My dog goes into 'deep shame' mode when she's done something she knows I wouldn like. Thursdays and Sundays are 'caça' (hunting) days here and all animals know that one loud bang at dawn signals a day of hiding; so a car backfiring means that there are NO rabbits to be seen all day!
