Landscape Creation Tutorial

I know Cali has already seen this, but I figure some others here may not have. Odin posted a tutorial on how to make an island on Canadian Ice's board:

I converted it to Word and Ravenfeather converted it to PDF. I am sure he wouldn't mind if HWW hosted it here on his site with the other tutorials also.
