Hey, what an excellent idea! Balmora is my usual "home" in Morrowind, and I've already customised a few heads here and there to alleviate some of the sameness feel, but you've gone the full monty here - it's a must have! *downloads immediately*

*thinks about who's in AldR'uhn* Hmm, I gave Edwina Albert in the Mage's guild a unique (Zul) head in BH, I don't think I did any other there. Important characters would be Araganoth (sp?) The Jeweler, the Bosmer thieve's guild member, lots of Dunmer. Redoran nobles. One of them is supposed to be the son of Redoran nobles so he could get a younger looking face. There's also that Redguard lady who gives you the Redoran quests. And there's the guy who bought a bunch of stuff on credit and owes everyone money. Bloodmoon place's a Breton npc in front of the mage's guild who gives you a quest, but probably don't want to mess with the add-ons for now. There's the crazy 6th House lady who has the secret alter in her basement too. heh

And there is the Vampire slayer who comes after you as a clan Aundae quest!
I like Edwina's, so if it's unique I guess I won't mess with it.

Or you could use the same head in your UH so that if someone is using another replacer like NPCreplacer, they'll still get her. I think the larger towns on the west coast will be more fun to do. The further west you get the more Dunmer there are. They Telvanni cities are almost all Dunmer. Vivec, Caldera, Ebonheart and Suran shouldn't be too bad though.

The Altmer Mage Estirdalin in the Balmora Mages Guild was one of the reasons I started meddling with the idea of unique heads - I was chatting to a friend who'd just installed some head mods (Astarsis & BH) and it seemed we had different headed Estirdalins, despite using the same mods. So we shuttled screenshots to work out what was conflicting for my friend, and in the process of doing that, I decided none of the Estirdalins we had between us was quite right, so I hybridised one of my own She's the one on the right in this screenshot :-

;D...quite right! It seems you took the best from all three of 'em! You know what else can get even more annoying...the damn guards! THey're all the same (actually there's a mod that fixes that) but back when I played the game w/out mods there were clones everywhere! I used to go and kill everyone in the game that had my head...just to be unique!
...very nice Turjan!

Yeh, used a trick of making the new faces as helmets from a random list. Because of course, all guards are the same NPC of id Guard.
Turjan, nice Estirdalin. I once noticed that screenshots I saw of BH had a different Galbedir than I had ingame. Opened BH in the TESCS, and Galbedir had a different face than what I saw ingame. I was puzzled.
I realised the problem though, I had Adventurers which changed some of the NPCs, and Galbedir's face was assigned to her differently from the default id, so due to the conflict I saw the wrong head. This was with the ESM version by the way. TesTool fixed it right up with MergeObjects and is why I included it with UniqueHeads.

Ah your Estirdalin is lovely! To be honest, I was not happy at all with some of the Altmer women in BH, particular those ones based off of Wormgods, but we were in a hurry to get things done and Gorg wanted to use them so I didn't push the issue. When I do an update, they are going though. Emma has quite a few nice ones and I think I can speak for the Morrowind community when I say we'd all love for you to release a head pack as well. One can never have too many heads and yours are quite well done. Keep posting pics of your heads and you'll have people chasing after you with whips for your heads as well as your undies. Oh and BTW not sure if you wanted to the glow on that Altmer lady you made or just kept it because the original mesh had it but you can easily get rid of it by making the glow map solid black and blacking over the eyes.

You know, IMHO, if any race should have glow eyes, it should be Altmer. Though I don't like glow eyes in general. Now glow tattoos, thats different Oh, yeh, post 100

Yep, only 1800 more to go, give or take a 100, and then I'll match even you Cali.
Modding has been a bit slow past two weeks. Been studying quite a bit. Last paper is on Monday, Survival Models and Mortality Rates in case anyone is interested.
Anyway, so hopefully by wednesday I'll have more screenshots, this time of Ald-Ruhn NPCs.
(as well as get the Telvanni doors done)

I left Estirdalin with glowing eyes there, partially because that head mesh already had them I guess, but I did tone down their colour so the eyes don't "shout" from her face like some of the glowy eyed models do.
Oddly enough, though I too think that if any normal race should have glowing eyes, it should be the Altmer, the Morrowind backstory and of course the look of the race would imply the Dunmer should be the glowy eyed ones - their skin coloured to ash and their eyes to the embers of a dying fire....
