Ok, here's the deal, I'm looking to lift a platform and a switch at the same time if you activate the switch. Then if you activate it again, you go back down, then activate again and you go back up...etc. Nothing fancy, yet I'm baffled!
...could anyone help?

Did you look at the Horse Ranch one? That seems to do exactly what you want, albeit badly! ;D

Badly? The one does it pretty well...what's bad about it? ...yeah, I've looked at it...trouble is...it's not working! Actually, I've made some progress! The lift goes down, but then...it does not stop! ;D

Don't understand why it doesn't work Bravo. It worked fine for me, like got me up a floor and let me down again.
The reason I said it worked badly was that there's something weird going on with the walls. The side walls move in a different way to the front wall. The optical illusion is great in one direction but pretty naff in the other. (Can't remember which direction works and which doesn't!)
I've been thinking about the lift that Cali wants. Is this the same lift you're working on?

No it wasn't, it's a dwarven lift. they are in the game already but don't actually move

No, it works fine ingame (and actually, in the script it disables your controls JUST SO you don't look around...lol!). However, if you notice, that script has an object which moves in the opposite direction of the lift. Now, this isn't bad, but I don't *need* that object...trouble is that in that object's script there's something which links it to the actual lift (triggers and such)...so I cannot leave it out. *SO* I'm going to have to leave that in as some tiny off-screen object or something... ...anyway, here I go to try it again! PS - Meb, yeah it is an illusion and I noticed the walls are not *perfectly* placed, but if you swap out some models with different ones and place it all nicely it'll work quite well I think...

Well, it seems using the Pegas script was causing more trouble than it was helping. I thank Tocatta of the Morrowind Summit Forums for stepping in and making a brand new script that (IMO) works even better than the Pegas one (for my purposes).
