Cali, are you using Marksman Enhanced? ...if so, you might want to get a different bow as the Daedric one is fairly slow. The Bow of Shadows is the fastest in the game, followed by the glass longbow. Average longbows as 1.2 in speed and average short bows are 1.4; or if you get close, you might want to consider thrown weapons as those are faster. Or if you want to go for power, the crossbows are nice but slow. PS - for a more 'challenging' target, try hitting kwama foragers

I am using it, and where is this "Bow of Shadows" then? I have hit Kwama foragers, and cliff racers and nix hounds with my bow

Well, the deadric bow comes in at 1.1, so really any old short bow/long bow will do... ...the Bow of Shadows is a relic in one of the Ancestral Tombs in the grazelands (somehwere near the Zainab camp) ...the Glass longbow can be found in a certain Great House's Vault (I'll let you figure out which one ...though the readme should say XD) or you can visit Ghostgate and buy one (bring cash) from the same guy that sells glass armor in the normal game.

I have a glass longbow that i got from the farrp sisters in balmora, at least i'm fairly sure that's where i got it Not sure if the stat's will match up to yours or not Actually i should probably change the load order of your mod so it's not messed up by anything below it. I now have about 40 pale blue globes, just got over 30 of those in one smugglers cave seems rather a lot to me.

It all depends on the ID and the load order, if the id is not glass longbow then it won't have my stats...

Where are you, what textures are those and who's the dead guy? ;D
I take you got him in the end?
As to the guar, maybe you camped right on a creature spawn?

I'm in a tomb near Tel Branora, it's right on the edge of the islnd you have to get to it in the water, the textures are from Qarls pack, at first i wan't sure about it but now i've got used to it i like them, it makes all the velothi stuff look like it's made of pressed sand ;D The dead guy is the reason i went in there, it's a quest from Tales of Tel Branora, there's a woman in the tradehouse that tells you about the place, her partner got killed in there going after a glass sword but she tells you about a pair of magic shoes hidden on a ledge I've done it before but this time i was more sneaky about it, you have to be fast you see as there was three of those atronachs and a scamp in there so i used my amulet of shadows to sneak in got up on that ledge then levitated up to the top ledge to get the shoes, then i came back down to that ledge again. My amulet had run out of charge though so i was stuck there with them running about below me ;D So that's when i decided to have a go at shooting them, it was quite funny actually because they really did keep running away, if i hit them they'd go hide behind the other pillar for a while then creep back out again. I got two but the other one and the scamp had gone down onto the bottom level so i managed to levitate out and grab the sword, found a potion of chameleon in my inventory so i sneaked past but it wasn't as strong as my amulet and they followed, it was then a race for the door but i made it just about, i couldn't go very fast as i was still levitating from when i went over the ledge and they were right on my heels. It was great fun ;D Oh and i got that woman and her cronies, i had a nasty fire type scroll so i let that off first and it made them so they were dead with one hit then, i did your trick of running down the bank Regan it seemed to help

Bah, the game'd be much harder if they followed you through doors... I recall one particular Sixth House base where I was resting on one side of the door and Dagoth Gares and a winged twilight were waiting on the other... Good job, though you might want to consider a dispel spell/potion next time (right after levitate)

Well if he had come through the door he would have fallen in the sea, that would have put his flames out ;D Although probably not, but it should do Never thought about the dispel thing, i shall try and remember that in future

...yep, and lava with a frost atronach... ...prehaps there is a way to script such a detection and then give them either a bonus or constant damage/instant kill?

Cool i can't wait to see it ;D I was very much like you Faudau, i'd done a little bit of Tribunal and none of Bloodmoon, but over the last few months i have made time to play, i spent so much time modding i was getting sick of it. Playing a little now and then even if it's only a couple of hours a week helps remind me why i mod in the first place and that's because i love this game Funny thing is it literally took a blow to the head to knock some sense into me ;D When i had concussion i couldn't really mod so that's when i started playing again to help pass the time and i finally did Bloodmoon and enjoyed every minute of it When Oblivion comes out i am not even going to consider mods for that till i've at least played it once, well that's the plan anyway but i bet first try i'll be "Hmmmmmmmmmm i know what this needs"

Yeah with Oblivion its going to be really hard to play without modding as well. I honestly wasn't very far on the main quest when I started modding just to try things. What will be worse with Oblivion is that we know what we can do in Morrowind so it will be all you can do not to try something out just for the hell of it.

Well right now i'm feeling rather chuffed with myself but also a bit silly ;D I just did the Gargoyle challenge in Lothavor's Legacy, well i've often done those logic puzzle books so i thought right make a chart with the colours down the side and across the top and mark them with ticks and crosses. Now all sounds very logical but i had gotten the colours from the list the gargoyle gives you to guess from after my first wrong attempt yesterday. So anyway i figured it out (wont say what one though ) and only afterwards did i think "well he could have colour coded them" then i remembered i'd seen a screenie of that room and he had ;D My belt of night eye stopped me from seeing them a soon as i removed it there were all the colours. So i feel silly for doing that but chuffed that i worked it out without them ;D I think this is the most fun i've had with a mod
