Well i hate to bring the mood back down again but the vet just rang, she has to go back tomorrow for a scan, her blood test showed a liver problem which may be some sort of thing caused by fatty deposits on the liver, wont know till they do more tests As you can imagine this isn't what i wanted to hear especially as it was a liver problem with Kim No idea if this thing is treatable if it is that

There seems to be very little information on fatty deposits on the liver, at least for dogs Is Jessie slightly overweight? Soya lecithin seems to be the popular remedy, an example here. I've seen it on sale in health shops over here so I imagine it's readily available. More pages here and here. Lecithin is produced by the gall bladder and is a constituent of bile. No readily available scientific/non commercial sites I could find, sorry

Thank you Regan I just went and asked my mum again what it was called, i couldn't remember when i posted that, anyway it's cushings disease, i'm assuming that's how it's spelt And yes she is a little plump but it's not as if she eats a lot, she never has, so no idea why she's overweight

Found this www.vetinfo.com/dcushing.htmlSo if it is that it appears to be treatable and like mum just said about the last part at her age you wouldn't expect much more than that anyway, she is 12 so even another two years would be a bonus. Still until she's had the tests it's all conjecture EDIT: i'm too slow it seems ;D Thank you for doing all that, oh god now your gonna make me cry
