Watch out for the size Tier. The one I'm working on is about two exterior cells in diameter and it's only just do-able in the editor. (Any bigger and the mnachine spends all it's time re-loading a cell every time you move something, and that's with a 2.5GHz processor!)
Another thing. Build it somewhere miles away from land in a wilderness cell. Otherwise you'll find that bits of it will disappear only to be found in Seyda Neen or Tel Mora! I 'lost' a whole daedric tower complete with curly flags and pillars. Only fell over it when I went to look at Cali's new dryad clothing! I expect Tesame would have shown it up, but I didn't know I'd lost it!

Are you sure about this as there's a deadric ruin outside vivec called Ald Sotha you didn't delete it did you? It's just north when you leave the telvanni canton.

Ah yes, I remember it well! One of the first places I got killed, (getting flowers for someone?)
No, the tower I lost was hovering 100 feet in the air!
BTW. Did you supply the wild guar gamboling around your dryad? That was a bit unexpected, I was looking for frocks!

No he was already there, Ninja monkey again ;D I didn't know he'd be a guar. I just thought it would be an unpleasant surprise as he was behind the tree so i left him.

Im realizing Im a very poor modeller. I'm not sure if Ill even be able to make this static. Also, no word on the water?
One other thing that mebyon made me think of... Could I make an exterior in the but end of nowhere that no one would ever find and have them teleport there and extrude the land up so it gives the impression of a floating island?

Your problem would then be the boundary. I know that I'd be sure to go as far as I could to the 'edge'!
I'm working on a way to get that static to you then you could try it out. (Still no water though, apart from streams and the like.) I've never had a site before so this is all new stuff to me so bear with me for a day or so!

Oh yes... What exactly do you mean by the boundary?

Exterior cell, keep walking, you'll eventually hit the sea. That is unless you build a monster wall all the way round and I know what *I* would do then. Console 'TCL' to knock off collision and go through the wall to see what's on the other side.
The static gets round these problems but, as you say, limits the things you can have.

Well I know some people will take off collison.... But then again, If you take off collision you can do it anywhere. Im personally not worried if my mod isnt realistic when Console is used =) Ill see what works I guess.

I'm still on the case for that static. I've got a little side-tracked by the Deep3d tut posted by HWW and the max tutorials I'm trying to get through. When I've got a .nif that I'm happy with I'll find a way of getting it to you.
