Can they legally do that then? i thought there would be copyright stuff and that Or is it like if Ghostwheel or Dave Humphrey had charged for their utilities, not actually using any of bethesda's stuff just a program to open them?

THEY CHARGE FOR MODS !?! That's obscene! I dearly hope this doesn't become a widespread practice, I had no idea it went on. Mod for love, not money I'll have to go and lie down for a while

Oh their are people who think they are lawyers and argue back and forth about the legality of it. but people do it. They have charged for skin and clothing textures (not even new meshes mind you, just existing clothing with new textures), they have also charged for 3rd party utilities which I guess would be comparable to Dave Humphrey or Ghostwheel's stuff. And then of course there are sites like The Sims Resource that say they are just charging for bandwidth, but I'm not sure I buy it.

Here Cali: www.simfreaks2.com/index.phpYou can go there and post your Celestial dress and charge a couple of pounds per download for it. I think they take Visa and Mastercard too.
